12/29/04 To whom it may concern, Jean Teasedale [sic] worked at the gift-wrap booth at Northway Mall during the 2004 holiday shopping season. Jean is very courteous to customers and does her best to fulfill their gift-wrapping wishes. I almost never saw Jean waste gift wrap or have to start over, and occasionally when she came up a little short she made sure the additional strip of paper would match up with what was already there.
